The City Commission will be voting on the Orange Avenue Overlay (OAO), the proposed plan to rezone 75 acres along Orange Avenue in Winter Park (including 14 residential properties) to mixed-used on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 5:00 pm at City Hall. All City of Winter Park residents are welcome to attend if you would like to share your opinion.
